Well, most Jw's don't put their faith in Jesus but rather in the organization. Second problem is that the Bible teaches that we will be judged on the basis we judge others. So in a sense we are judged according to how judgemental we are of others, this puts most jw's in a bad spot. In the end though obviously God will judge and we can't really say.

The Decline of Elders and Ministerial Servants

the organization is desperate for "qualified" men.
but their standards are much too high, especially the monthly field service hour requirements tagged on to endless meetings and congregational busywork.

WT only wants yes men that set the example doing whatever the borg says even if the bible does not teach such as important. The most actual spiritual men I know have no priviledges at all. They are to smart to go there.

by smiddy ini thought this deserved a thread of it`s own.. these questions are inspired by previous posts , feel free to take credit for bringing it up guys.. adam and eve were expelled from the garden of eden before they had opportunity, or approval to eat from the tree of life , therefore as " perfect" ?
human beings living in the garden of eden and not partaking of the tree of life they would have eventually died.. so when they were expelled from the garden of eden they were in a dying state .
(is that perfection ?

tree of life is symbolic of life. Also symbolic of Jesus. Blocking there path to the tree with the cherubs is also symbolic of them not being able to continue living forever. They lost out because they ate from the tree of knowledge as warned. Thus by removing them from the vacinity of the tree of life they began to die. The goal of all of their offspring would then be to eventually and symbolically eat from the tree of life in order to gain everlasting life.
(Genesis 3:21, 22) . . .. 22 And Jehovah God went on to say: "Here the man has become like one of us in knowing good and bad, and now in order that he may not put his hand out and actually take [fruit] also from the tree of life and eat and live to time indefinite,. . .
